A Unique DAF XG Interior for K. Gerving Transport B.V.
At K. Gerving Transport B.V. from Hoogeveen, they have been a major player in the transport industry for decades. We had the opportunity to take a closer look at one of their trucks, namely the DAF XG.
The ceiling upholstery is fully knotted in beige, with the addition of two white spots and two red spots. The upper bed and door panels are completely knotted in beige. The floorboard of the front cabinet is also knotted and decorated with red LED points around the knots.
The side ceilings and the rear ceiling are smoothly upholstered. The back and side walls are partly smooth and partly knotted, with a 5 cm wide illuminated strip. The old DAF logo in the back wall is completely covered in 3D with custom text. A new set of curtains has been installed, the floor has been reupholstered, and illuminated seat frames have been installed under the seats. Additionally, the steering wheel cover has been reupholstered, the window frames have been covered, and the dashboard has been fitted with matching mats.
