DAF XG+ custom interior for De La Haye
Some projects just go the extra mile. This DAF XG+ from De La Haye is the perfect example. No standard approach, but a completely custom-built BUFFL interior in which tranquility, luxury and detail come together in one sleek whole. A cabin that does not scream, but convinces through finish.
Sky with warm atmosphere
The canopy is fully knotted in dark brown faux leather and features a thoughtful lighting layout with two white spotlights and four red spotlights. This creates a warm, luxurious atmosphere in the cabin without excess. The side and rear headliners are sleekly flat upholstered and provide a tranquil base within the unit.
Walls with balance in design
The rear and side walls are constructed in a half knotted and half flat design. A deliberate choice was made for a 5cm bar with no lighting and no logo, creating a sober and clean transition in the interior. Integrated into the back wall are two floor lamps that subtly add atmosphere.
Bed, panels and floor
The upper bed is fully knotted finished and visually extends into the rest of the interior. The door panels, dashboard mat and the underplate of the front cabinet are also fully knotted finished. A floor lamp is integrated into the underplate as a refined detail. The floor has been completely reupholstered, providing a quiet, high-quality base.
Seats and cockpit
The seats have been reupholstered in genuine leather, carefully preserving the original pattern and bringing it back to life. The dashboard has been reupholstered at the top and blends seamlessly with the rest of the interior. Four LED points have been placed in the underbody for subtle ambient lighting.
Result
A DAF XG+ by De La Haye with a BUFFL interior in which luxury lies precisely in tranquility, precision and perfect finish. Subtle, stylish and thought through to the last detail. 100% BUFFL.
