At BUFFL, we pack all orders with the utmost care. This way, your products are optimally protected during transport. After processing, your order is shipped via a reliable shipping partner. You will always receive a track & trace code so you can track your order.
Delivery time averages up to 7 business days.
BUFFL delivers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
Returning
Once a BUFFL, always a BUFFL. But we understand that sometimes an order is not entirely to your satisfaction.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return products within 14 days, provided they are unused, undamaged and – if possible – in their original condition and packaging.
Notice:
- Custom products (such as parts made specifically for your truck) cannot be returned
- Merchandise items can be returned
- Return costs are basically at your own expense
Is there an error or defect from BUFFL? Then we will take care of the return costs. In that case, please take pictures of the damage immediately upon receipt.
Returns can be registered via: info@buffl.nl (always mention order number and details).
Wrong delivery
Have you received the wrong product or is something wrong? Please contact us immediately at +31 (0)486 72 50 67.
Preferably leave the packaging closed and have your order number ready. We will solve it quickly and neatly for you.
Damaged delivery
Check your order immediately upon receipt. A damaged box may occur, but the contents should be in perfect condition.
Is there any damage? Please contact us immediately at info@buffl.nl or by phone. Together we will find an appropriate solution.
Warranty
At BUFFL we deliver customization and quality, made for intensive real-world use. Still, something can go wrong – and we’ll fix it.
Always report complaints or warranty cases as soon as possible with a clear description and photos at info@buffl.nl.
General principles
- Custom products are not covered by money-back guarantee, but under repair or modification
- If repair is possible, it is always preferable to replacement
- Damage caused by improper or irresponsible use is not covered by the warranty
Warranty terms (overview)
- General reporting deadline: within 31 days of observation
- Buttons: 12 months warranty
- Cabinets and mechanical parts: 12 months warranty
- Audio systems: 24-month warranty
- Chairs, floors and tunnels:
Intensively used parts. No standard warranty on (artificial) leather and fabric, but we always look with you for cause and solution within 12 months. - Spray and immersion work: performed by partners → limited warranty
Only visible completion damage can be reported within 1 week - Rubber coatings: entirely at your own risk due to risk of loosening/crumbling
If suppliers offer additional guarantees, these are passed on to the customer whenever possible.
Damage and/or complaints caused by excessive and/or irresponsible behavior of the end user are in no case covered by the warranty policy. BUFFL reserves the right to adjudicate on this matter, if warranted.
