Volvo FH540 custom interior for VDC Hoist Service
For VDC Takeldienst from Brecht, BUFFL completely overhauled this Volvo FH540. A hoisting company that takes pride in its work and appearance, and that needed to be reflected in an interior that stands as strong as their service on the road.
Interior with recognizable VDC signature
The VDC logo can be found in several places in the cabin and is an important part of the design. For example, the logo is incorporated into the rear wall, door panels and headrests, making the interior instantly recognizable as part of the company.
Headliner and upholstery in full BUFFL style
The headliner is done in a knotted design and, together with the flat-topped side and rear headliners, forms a sleek and complete whole. The cabin has been rebuilt from head to toe, with attention to detail and finish in every area.
New upholstery and comfort
The seats have been completely reupholstered with genuine leather and match the rest of the interior perfectly. The steering wheel has also been reupholstered for a consistent look in the cabin. The floor has been completely redone and provides a sleek base in the interior. In addition, illuminated seat corners have been added for added ambiance while driving.
Curtains and finishing
A new set of curtains was installed to complete the interior and provide a neat finish around the cabin.
