DAF XG+ 530 Black Diamond for SCANVO

People outside the Netherlands are also discovering BUFFL. For SCANVO, a DAF dealer in Denmark, we had the opportunity to fit this DAF XG+ 530 FTS 6x2 with a fully custom interior.

Dark materials, contrasting gray stitching, and bold red lighting define the look of this cab. It’s a combination that looks sleek and luxurious, yet has enough character to immediately catch the eye.

Black Diamond as an eye-catcher

The custom Black Diamond rear wall is one of the interior’s standout features. As soon as the lights come on, the design truly comes to life thanks to the red LED lighting. The upper part of the cab has also been completely redesigned. The black headliner features white spotlights and red LED lighting. The rear and side walls are half-flat and half-stitched, with gray stitching and integrated lighting. The custom upper bunk with an illuminated DAF logo blends seamlessly with this design.

Customized from head to toe

The rest of the interior continues in the same style. The seats have been completely reupholstered in black leather with contrasting gray stitching. The door panels, engine tunnel, floor mats, dashboard mat, and various front-end components also received a custom finish. Illuminated BUFFL seat frames and a black curtain set with contrasting fringe provide the finishing touch. Together, the materials, stitching, and lighting throughout the cabin create a cohesive, sleek whole.

Result

A dark, powerful DAF XG+ 530 that perfectly blends luxury and customization. From the Black Diamond rear wall down to the smallest stitch: a completely custom interior with a distinct identity of its own. And what’s even cooler: this BUFFL build is heading across the border to Denmark.
