Aston Martin on the inside. Old-school Scania on the outside.

For HEJ Trucks, we had the opportunity to completely overhaul this Scania R530, inside and out. The starting point? Combining the class and appeal of an Aston Martin with a bold, old-school truck style.
The result is a Scania in which absolutely everything is perfectly coordinated. From the bold green, warm brown tones, and yellow stitching in the cab to the classic light bar, Talmu’s, air horns, and custom details on the exterior.

An interior with Aston Martin DNA

Inside, the Aston Martin inspiration is unmistakable. The combination of green and warm brown tones is carried throughout the entire cabin and accented with contrasting yellow stitching. The seats have been completely reupholstered and feature custom Aston Martin details. The door panels, engine tunnel, floor mats, dashboard components, storage compartments, and sleeping area have also been finished in the same style. A large, illuminated Aston Martin logo with wings serves as the centerpiece on the rear wall. The upper bunk also features an illuminated logo. The semi-tufted headliner with white spotlights and RGB lighting completes the ambiance. Even the BUFFL + HEJ seat frames are equipped with lighting. This is not a collection of disparate details, but a single interior where color, materials, lighting, and design come together seamlessly.

Old-school truck style on the outside

The exterior also received a complete BUFFL makeover. Above the cab sits a classic light bar with spotlights and flashing lights, combined with powerful air horns. At the front, the front spoiler with Talmu’s, aggressive-looking headlights, dual grille burners, and additional lighting create a low and powerful appearance. Custom bumper corners, fender flares, light bars with side marker lights, and a diamond-patterned hose rack with an illuminated plate complete the look. Subtle Aston Martin elements are incorporated among all these old-school truck details. As a result, the interior’s theme remains recognizable on the exterior as well, without overpowering the Scania’s classic look.
