Scania R530 V8 for TN Trading – clean by day, red by night

BUFFL Customizers carried out an exceptionally extensive interior customization of this Scania S660 for Jan Volmer Transport in Middelburg. Deep blue, off-white, an impressive starry sky, and countless illuminated custom details combine to create an interior that truly surprises from every angle.

From the completely redesigned headliner to the illuminated 3D logo in the floor, and from custom upholstery to even the smallest switches: this Scania received the full BUFFL treatment.

Blue Obsession: Customization Down to the Last Detail

The interior is designed around a striking combination of deep blue and off-white. The headliner has been completely reupholstered and features a starry sky with white spotlights. The side and rear walls have also been given a new finish, with tufted panels and contrasting materials creating a luxurious look. The rear wall is one of the absolute showstoppers. A large, illuminated logo has been integrated here, combined with embroidered details and RGB lighting. The various lighting accents enhance the unique design and give the cab a character all its own, both during the day and at night.

From illuminated floor to custom dashboard

The rest of the cabin was also redesigned down to the last detail. The entire floor was given a new deep blue finish with a striking illuminated 3D logo. The door panels were reupholstered and feature embroidered logos, while the cabinet sections, the dashboard, and the other interior panels were fully integrated into the design. The BUFFL seat frames were fitted with under-seat lighting, and the curtains and various trim details were also coordinated with the blue-and-white interior. Another unique feature of this build is the extensive dip-coating. All switches and controls have been dip-coated, ensuring that even the smallest parts match the rest of the cab. Customization that goes beyond just the large, visible surfaces.

A Complete Lighting Experience

With its starry sky, illuminated logos, and extensive RGB lighting, the cab transforms into an impressive lighting experience the moment the lights come on. From intense blue to purple: the various lighting settings give the interior a different look each time. The Scania has also been upgraded in terms of audio. A comprehensive audio system with additional speakers, a subwoofer, and an amplifier completes the interior upgrade.
