Scania R580 custom interior for Kent Ottesen

Kent Ottesen is no stranger to BUFFL. He regularly brings in trucks that are transformed into real showpieces. This Scania R580 is another strong example of that. A cab in which recognizability and finish together tell one story.

Colors with character

White and red form the basis of this interior, fully implemented in every detail. The headliner is fully knotted and features two white spotlights surrounded by sixteen red LED dots. A striking combination that immediately creates atmosphere in the cabin.

Tight construction in layers

The side headlining is flat padded with subtle piping for added detail. The rear wall is constructed in a half knotted, half flat design, creating a strong visual balance in the interior. The rear wall incorporates the Scania logo in the exact color scheme of the truck’s exterior, providing a direct link between interior and exterior.

Comfort and finishing

The truck features new red curtains that perfectly match the color theme. The floor is completely redone and forms a sleek base in the cab. The top bed is knotted, as are the door panels and the front underplate.

Audio and details

Additional audio is integrated into the rear wall for a more powerful sound experience on the road. All elements are brought together into one consistent whole in which color, comfort and technology reinforce each other.

Result
